This workshop uses a sample demo Sales Cloud environment with pre-configured data to simulate IBM's experience. Due to rapid growth, IBM's actual Sales Cloud environment is complex and its organization siloed, impacting productivity. This hands-on session will explore how Agentforce can facilitate cross-selling and knowledge sharing to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth within a complex, data-rich environment, mirroring challenges faced in a fast-paced organization like IBM.
