Their expanding product line specializes in malware prevention, identity and access management (hardware and software), and vulnerability detection. They primarily sell to medium and enterprise businesses in FINS, Tech, and Healthcare with a combination of traditional sales and product-led growth. To date, Welo’s sales, marketing, and CS teams have had difficulties taking action on product usage & intent data from their customers. Welo is now using Data Cloud to unlock that usage & intent data for every customer-facing team, driving insights across the business to create better processes, and ultimately, better customer experiences through a next-gen CRM.
