Agentforce Engagement Agent

In this workshop, you set up Agentforce Engagement Agent in your very own Salesforce sandbox. You will turn on the Engagement Agent by going through the guided setup in Agentforce for Sales, create a user for your agent, and connect an email to your agent.

Before the workshop: have an email account you're allowed to connect to Salesforce. Your agent sends from it, and Exercise 2 can't start until it's connected. Many company email accounts block this kind of sign-in; a personal Gmail works. If Salesforce shows a banner saying your own email address isn't verified, verify it before the workshop too.
